The focal point of this garden was the debut appearance of this innovative water vortex. It created a great deal of media interest for everyone reporting on and at the show. The main acrylic sphere would slowly fill and then slowly the vortex would form, like a tornado, from the surface of the water slowly spiralling down through the sphere. Once the tip of the vortex reached the base it would be held there for a few minutes before the water would drain down and the process would begin again.

Bamber went on to create a similar feature for the bar and restaurant at Crowne Plaza, Marlow.
